Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS

Large eggs
Hellman’s Olive Oil mayo
Yellow mustard
Apple cider vinegar
Better Stevia liquid sweetener (optional, we do like ours a bit sweet)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Paprika (optional) for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Hard-boil (or steam) eggs and chill before cutting and preparing. We have a 6-egg Dash steamer that we use to keep boiled eggs on hand, and we like it as the eggs peel really easily.

Slice peeled eggs lengthwise, put yolks into a shallow bowl that will be easy to stir around while mashing with a fork. After mashed, add your mayo and mustard first, then stir around to get consistency you like. Then add in vinegar, salt & pepper, and optional Better Stevia drops, all of this to your taste. You may want to add more mayo or mustard, depending on your likes. The fun part is you get to taste often until you get it “just right!” Then add to your hollowed egg whites, sprinkle with some smoked paprika (optional) for garnish.
