Keto Myth #1 – Fat Makes You Fat
We have all seen the scare headlines about how “dangerous” Keto is for us. The more of those I see, the more I realize that it is working for more and more people and the drug and part of the medical community is in a panic. The part that would otherwise make more money from people remaining in an unhealthy state and rely on treatments and drugs that have never worked, or will never work, and only continue making people more and more unhealthy. It’s a vicious circle.
In the next few weeks we will be sharing actual hard data, facts, and success story results that prove the exact opposite of what we are told. This first myth is probably the one you will hear the most, that fat is unhealthy and will kill you. We see it all the time on Facebook when anyone posts recipes using bacon, olive oil, etc., someone will jump in with the comment about “Yeah, if you want to clog your arteries and have a heart attack.” You know what? Results don’t lie. When you start eating healthy fat (NOT the plant-based oils and margarines we are told are better for us) and your cholesterol levels begin to normalize, your heart issues go away, your Type 2 diabetes is just GONE…it’s really hard to believe those myths any more. And the weight loss? That’s just a side benefit of being healthier!!!
