It’s so exciting to finally be able to add a BBQ eatery in Jefferson City that does not sugar coat all their meats: JQ’s on High in Jefferson City.

Thanks to one of our Facebook group members for sharing this info with us, we started ordering their pulled pork by the pound (which is seasoned with a Keto rub) then shredded, we bring it home and make nachos and add all our own toppings and pork rinds. BUT, you can actually order the Pork Rind Nachos already topped with your fave stuff at the restaurant to pick up or be delivered! To top it all off, they sell just straight-up pork rinds on their menu! Let’s support this eatery that is trying to include Keto people. They even sent us a picture of the “Head Country” rub used on all their meats which shows ZERO carb on their label.
